The Board has decided it would be helpful to collect vehicle information from our owners and their long term guests at Hilltop in case we need to contact you to move your car for plowing, tree work, or other special circumstances. 

Please fill out this form with your name, contact information, license plate number, and vehicle description. 

You can fill out the form multiple times to record multiple vehicles in your household. We only need information for cars that will be here for extended periods of time (longer than three months). 

This information will be kept by the Hilltop staff, and only used in case we need to contact you to move your vehicle.
