Hilltop House and Barn are primarily for the use of Hilltop residents. Gatherings are limited to a 49-person maximum in Hilltop House and 75 in Hilltop Barn by order of the Fire Marshal. For any event exceeding 49 people, at least one person present MUST complete a Crowd Management Certification.

*If tables and chairs need to be moved for an event by Maintenance, they will be charged according to time spent.
Healing Springs Ministry Church remains the same no increase.
Crowd Management Certification ● Cost: $25 per person ● Format: 2-hour online course ● Coverage: Certification covers events up to 250 people ● Expiration: 2 years from passing date
Crowd Management - Event Planning Rules:
● For Community Members & Internal Events: Hilltop will pay for crowd management training. Several board members and staff will complete the training to cover most events. At least one certified person must be present at events with over 49 people.
● For Outside Renters: Events under 49 people: No special requirements. Events over 49 people: Renter must provide proof of crowd management certification before facility use is approved, and the renter pays the $25 training cost.
● Special Circumstances: Funerals, memorial services, and other sensitive events will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the family expects fewer than 49 attendees, no training is required. For larger services, staff may be present to fulfill the requirement.
● Outdoor Events: The 49-person limit applies only to the main building interior. Outdoor events can proceed, but if attendees use indoor facilities, crowd management certification is recommended as a precaution.

It is recommended that anyone interested in using Hilltop Place facilities first read the “Policy: Use of Hilltop House or Barn.”
NOTE: The Reservation Calendar will be kept in the Hilltop House Secretary's office. Please consult with the Secretary in regard to the date(s) and time(s) of your reservation. Please fill out the information requested below and return to the Secretary for necessary processing.
Fire Regulations state that NO MORE THAN 49 are permitted in Hilltop House at any given time and NO MORE THAN 75 are permitted in Hilltop Barn.
Guests must leave the four (4) parking spaces adjacent to Hilltop House open.
Requests by non-Unit owners or current Residents must be co-signed by a Unit Owner. Whenever possible, reservations should be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.
