Hilltop Place is a condominium community of 147 units on 55 acres with views of Kearsarge mountain to the east, Sunapee to the south and Croyden to the west. It is located close to the businesses and public facilities of New London, NH. Built in the 1970’s, the development was conceived as an integral part of the town; residents are active in town affairs as well as making use of the recreational and intellectual opportunities of the area. Several nearby lakes and ski areas offer recreational activities for families and outdoor enthusiasts.
Many residents have “down-sized” from homes in the area, others are former summer cottage owners or visitors to the town. Almost all units are occupied by their owners.
